Handwoven Extra-Large Wool Hair Scrunchie

When you want to keep your hair away from your face but don’t feel like wearing a hat, this stylish accessory is the perfect solution. It's ideal for sunny days on the slopes, fun outings sledding with family, or cozy winter afternoons spent curled up with a good book.

Handwoven, with handspun wool yarn, on a traditional floor loom in scenic Northern Idaho. I often incorporate some extra weaving space into my designs, allowing me to create a scrunchie or two. Because each design is produced in limited quantities, you can be sure you're getting a unique item—perfect for treating yourself or giving as a thoughtful gift to someone special.

The scrunchie has a diameter of about 5.5 inches, and the elastic extends to approximately 7.5 inches. The pattern varies on each side.

Materials used include a wool blend (which contains mohair), elastic, and a custom tag made from 100% polyester.

Care instructions: Hand wash in cool water with a gentle wool detergent, using minimal agitation to prevent felting the fabric. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. Lay it flat to air dry.
